Bruce Counts
President, CEO, Director
Mr. Counts has over 30 years of experience in international mineral exploration and more than 20 as a director and senior officer of publicly traded mineral exploration companies. He was directly involved in the discovery of several kimberlite fields including the Lac de Gras field which is host to the Ekati Diamond Mine in Canada’s Northwest Territories. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a registered Professional Geoscientist.
Taylor Niezen
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Niezen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is a principal of Sprout Sourcing which provides financial, accounting, regulatory, compliance and management services to numerous issuers on Canadian and U.S. exchanges, including the TSX-V. Taylor has extensive experience in the governance and reporting of private and publicly listed exploration and mining companies and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
Joanne "Jo" Price
Director
Ms. Price, M.Sc., MBA, P.Geo., has 20+ years of experience as an exploration geologist and project manager. She has worked on multiple gold, poly-metallic, and graphite projects in the USA, Australia, and Canada. During her career, Jo has managed multi-million-dollar exploration programs overseeing technical direction, budgets, and operations. She has extensive experience in field operations, drill programs, technical database administration, land management, community relations, and exploration permitting in multiple jurisdictions.
Robert L’Heureux
Director
Mr. L’Heureux is a Professional Geologist with 25 years of mineral exploration experience throughout the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australia having managed grassroots through to resource definition drill programs on a wide variety of base- and precious-metals projects. During his career Mr. L’Heureux has managed exploration campaigns of several multi-million-ounce gold deposits while also being an avid investor in the junior mining space and active in capital markets. Mr. L’Heureux holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Alberta and the University of Western Ontario respectively.
Michael Sweatman
Director & Compensation Committee Chair
Mr. Sweatman possesses over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA CA) in public and private practice and has worked with and provided advice to many companies listed on the TSX Venture and Toronto Stock Exchanges. Mr. Sweatman was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 1982 and the Yukon in 1990. He was the principal of Michael Sweatman Limited, Chartered Accountant, from 1999 until 2015 and has operated MDS Management Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting and investment company, since November 1992. In addition, Mr. Sweatman has served as a director and officer of a number of public companies over the past 25 years.

Dave Skelton
Technical Advisor
Dave is a Professional Geologist with more than 30 years experience in the mineral exploration industry. He was Vice President Project Development for Stornoway Diamond Corporation when the company advanced the Renard Mine in Quebec into production and has extensive experience managing projects over the full range of exploration activities from grassroots to underground evaluation. Dave is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta and graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.Sc. Geology (1987).
John Williamson

John has more 35 years of international experience in the mining sector and has been the founder of more than 20 successful companies in Canada, including Thesis Gold and Founders Metals and the Metals Group of Companies.
Allison Rippin-Armstrong
ESG Advisor
Allison is a biologist and environmental scientist with nearly 30 years of experience in permitting, regulatory processes and environmental compliance as well as working with Indigenous organizations, resource companies, regulatory agencies, indigenous, territorial, and federal governments.
Allison currently serves as Chair on the Board of Directors of Tectonic Metals Inc., is a Director on the AER Board as well as the Board of Yukon Women in Mining. Through her consulting company, she assists companies, including Lucara Diamond Corp., in developing and implementing CSR and ESG strategies. Previously, Allison served as the Vice President of Sustainability at Kaminak Gold Corp. until it was acquired by Goldcorp in 2016. She is a founding member of the Yukon University Foundation Board where she continues to serve, and has served on NWT and Nunavut Chambers of Mines. Allison is the recipient of several awards, including the Robert E Leckie Award (2015) and the BC Women in Mining HR Diversity Award (2019).
Harvey Yesno
First Nations Advisor
Mr. Yesno is a member of the Eabametoong First Nation located at Eabamet Lake approximately 350 km NNE of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Mr. Yesno served as Chief for the following periods: 1978 – 1985, 1989 – 1991 and 2019 – 2021. He also served as President & CEO of the Nishnawbe-Aski Development Fund (1993 – 2011), Director of Community Relations for Ontario’s Ring of Fire Secretariat (2011-2012), Grand Chief of Nishnawbe-Aski Nation (2012-15) and as a Member of the Board of Directors representing the Nishnawbe-Aski Nation with the Ontario First Nations Limited Partnership (2000 – 2011 and 2018 – 2019).
Mr. Yesno is currently sits on the Board of Directors for Avalon Advanced Metals Inc. which is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
